• We are not obligated to cover your purchased products for exchange or refund.
• We are not able to help you if you have a problem with an unauthorized dealer or online seller.
• We have no way of determining whether these products are used, refurbished, counterfeited, stolen, or otherwise compromised.

Janssen Cosmetics Singapore is unable to ensure product genuineness, unable to take responsibility for product & related shopping experience, and unable to honor warranties or guarantees of the products bought from unauthorized stores & dealers.
